The user administration is done via the directory service (Active Directory).

If the user management is implemented via the directory service, the same password is used as for the login in Windows. If the use of the company login is configured, the button on the login screen can be used. If the login is not possible, the company's internal IT must be contacted.


The user administration takes place in the Q.wiki

After selecting Forgot password in the login screen, the username or the stored email address can be entered.

If the entry matches an account in Q.wiki, an email will be sent to this user. If the email does not arrive within five minutes, it may have been moved to the spam folder. The email contains a temporary password and a link (see screenshot). Following the link, you will be prompted to enter and change the temporary password.
