Change multisite context of pages (global or local page)

Modified on Thu, 2 Apr at 4:21 PM

Important: You need Key User rights to perform the following steps.

In the enterprise package (Multisite), we distinguish between pages that contain either global or local content. These differ significantly in the metadata of the form (fields, selection options).

With the "Change context" option, you can convert a global page to a local one or vice versa.

Change a page's context

  1. Open the page whose context you want to change.
  2. Click the three-dot menu () in the right menu bar.
  3. Select Change context.

  4. The dialog window opens. Select the desired context (global or local).

  5. Click Change to confirm the change.

After changing the context

After this change, the form for the page will be replaced. Note that you must reset the page type afterwards.
