Enhanced read confirmation with AI-generated comprehension questions makes sure that changes are understood, not just read.

Prerequisites: Available only with an active AI package.

Activation

• Enable read confirmation: Edit page → turn on Read confirmation → select target audience.

• Enable AI comprehension questions: After enabling read confirmation, toggle AI questions in the same modal.

Generate and edit questions

• On page approval (with AI questions enabled), a modal opens to generate and edit questions.
• Choose how many questions to generate.
• AI automatically creates questions based on the page content.
• You can edit, add, or remove any question and answer.
• The pop-up appears at every approval to review, adjust, or disable the questions as needed.

Approval, sending, and answering

• Clicking "Approve" in the pop-up starts the formal approval.
• After formal approval, read confirmations including comprehension questions are sent to the selected audience.
• Recipients answer the quiz; more than 60% correct is required to complete the read confirmation.
• Once passed, the read confirmation is considered completed.

Tracking

• The page owner can see in read-confirmation tracking who has passed the quiz and who is still pending.
