The arrangement of the tools has been updated as of Q.wiki release 6.8. From now on, there are area-specific tools that are located directly in the respective module. Note: Depending on which rights you have in Q.wiki, different tools will be displayed.
Key user tools bottom left
The tool button at the bottom left remains for key users.

Tools:
- Module management: You can manage your module and create new configurations via the module management. Typical examples of this are the Audit module or the Internal Projects module.
- Settings: Here you can change your logo and activate the test period for the use of artificial intelligence when creating new content.
- (Site-)Archiv: archived pages can be found via the bin and can be restored if necessary (see Restoring archived pages and files)
- Group management: here you can manage your groups and either add or remove users (add or remove users from Q.wiki groups)
- User management: you can invite new users via the Invite user button (see Create / invite new users)
- Usage report: Here you can find your statistics on read and write access, interactivity or top 10 editors.
- Acess overview: Here you can manage the rights of module. For example, you can make certain groups read-only groups or only allow access for key users.
3-point menu of all users in the left sidebar
Here you will find the modules tools for all users. Note: The tool button is no longer displayed for users without key user rights
Tools:

- Read receipt management: Here you can see which read confirmations have been created and whether these have already been confirmed by individual employees (see Requesting a read confirmation in Q.wiki )
- Resubmission
- Page statistics: The page statistics show you an overview of the most popular pages that are accessed most frequently
- Workflow management: Here you can see which pages are in which status (draft, released, ...), who is responsible for the pages and who has made a change suggestion.

Module settings:
- For key users and module responsible, there is also a cogwheel next to the 3-dot menu to make specific settings for the module.
