AI in Q.wiki

Modified on Fri, 17 Apr at 9:57 AM

Artificial intelligence (AI) in Q.wiki accelerates documentation, makes workflows tangible, and makes knowledge measurable. We deploy AI where it has the greatest impact: jumpstarting new content, visualizing processes as flowcharts, and answering questions directly from your pages. The result: less effort, greater clarity, and higher acceptance.

Included in the AI Module

  • Process Proposal: Drafts for process descriptions, work instructions, process overviews, and info pages in seconds – based on your keywords and industry standards.
  • Flowchart from Process Description: Automatically generated flowcharts from your content – from compact overviews to role-specific swimlanes.
  • AI Overviews in search: Direct, AI-generated answers to your search queries – based on the content in your Q.wiki. Ask a question or enter keywords and instantly receive a concise summary with source references, alongside the classic search results.
  • Reading Confirmation with AI Comprehension Question: AI-generated questions based on page content (1–10 questions selectable, custom questions can be added). Results are captured in the page context. This feature is only available with the new workflow.

Your Benefits at a Glance

  • Quick Start: From idea to viable draft in seconds.
  • Higher Quality with Less Effort: Consistent proposals based on industry standards, so you can focus on content rather than basic structure.
  • Efficient Visualization: Automatically generated flowcharts (BPMN) make processes immediately understandable and shorten approval cycles.
  • Answers Instead of Search Results: AI Overviews answer questions directly from your Q.wiki content – with source references, without manually browsing multiple pages.
  • Secure Knowledge: Generate AI-based questions from page content, measure comprehension, and provide targeted follow-up training.
  • Fewer Errors in Daily Work: Clearer processes and validated knowledge reduce rework and misuse.

Additional AI Solutions

Roadmap: What's Coming Next
