Overview

Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Q.wiki speeds up documentation, makes processes easy to understand, and makes knowledge measurable. We apply AI where it has the biggest impact: kick-starting new content, visualizing as flowcharts, and running knowledge checks directly from your pages. The result: less effort, more clarity, and higher adoption, seamlessly integrated into Q.wiki.

Included in the AI module

  • Process drafts: Create drafts for process descriptions, work instructions, process overviews, and info pages in seconds, based on your inputs and industry standards.
  • Knowledge checks (coming soon): AI-generated questions about the page content; choose 1–10 questions; add your own; results shown in the context of the page.
  • Flowcharts/BPMN (coming soon): Automatically generated flowcharts from your content, from concise overviews to role-specific swimlanes.

Your benefits at a glance

  • Faster start: Go from idea to solid draft in seconds.
  • Higher quality with less effort: Consistent suggestions aligned with industry standards; focus on subject matter instead of basic structure.
  • Efficient visualization: Automatically generated BPMN flowcharts make processes instantly understandable and shorten review cycles.
  • Safeguard knowledge: Generate AI-based questions from page content, measure understanding, and target follow-up training.
  • Fewer errors in daily work: Clearer processes and verified knowledge reduce questions and misuse.

Looking ahead

  • Automatic mapping to standards based on process content
  • Role- and event-based learning questions (e.g., when changing departments)
  • Conversational assistant powered by your Q.wiki content
  • Enhanced multilingual support and improved diagram editing
