Data security when using the Q.wiki AI

Modified on Thu, 2 Apr at 4:21 PM

Q.wiki AI uses Azure AI Service (Microsoft) models, leveraging efficient language models for every use case. Most importantly: your inputs – your prompts for AI process descriptions – are not used to train the model.

Important: Your data is not used for AI training. It remains on secure servers and is deleted after a maximum of 30 days.

Data Processing and Storage Location

The data you send when using Q.wiki AI is processed on Microsoft Azure servers in the Germany West Central region. These are physically located in Germany.

Security Certifications

The Azure infrastructure used meets comprehensive security standards:

  • SOC 2 Compliance
  • ISO 27001
  • EU GDPR Compliance
  • Additional industry-standard certifications
