Data security when using the Q.wiki AI

Modified on Wed, 10 Apr 2024 at 09:14 AM

The Q.wiki AI is based on the Large Language Model (LLM) ChatGPT 3.5 Turbo from OpenAI. This is the most efficient LLM for our use case. Using the OpenAI API ensures that the inputs (prompts  ) sent by the users are not used to train the LLM at OpenAI.

The data sent is processed by OpenAI on Microsoft Azure servers. These servers are certified according to the current standards. These include, for example, SOC 2 compliance, EU GDPR conformity and many other certificates. An overview of all certificates and security information can be found at https://trust.openai.com/

In order to use the Q.wiki AI, you agree to the addition to the terms and conditions on the processing of data of the subcontractor OpenAI LLC.
