Data security when using the Q.wiki AI

Modified on Tue, 22 Oct at 1:43 PM

The Q.wiki AI is based on the Large Language Model (LLM) ChatGPT 3.5 Turbo from Azure AI Service (Microsoft). This is the most efficient LLM for our use case. The use of Azure AI Service ensures that the inputs (prompts) sent by the users are not used to train the LLM.

The data sent is processed on the Microsoft Azure Servers Germany West Central. These servers are certified according to the current standards. These include SOC 2 compliance, ISO 27001, EU-DSGVO conformity and many other certificates.

In order to be able to use Q.wiki AI, you agree to the supplement to the GTC on the processing of data by the subcontractor Microsoft Corporation.
