Overview

The AI Process Proposal feature allows you to generate process descriptions automatically. When creating a new page in Q.wiki, you can choose to create the page manually by selecting a template or to use the AI Process Proposal. Input for the AI Process Proposal consists of a process title and additional detailed information that you provide. The Q.wiki AI creates a process description in the familiar Q.wiki process table, which you can then adjust and refine.

Important: The generated process is a proposal and does not claim to be correct. It serves as a starting point for further editing.

Step-by-Step

Create a new page with AI option

Click the Create subpage button.
Switch the tab from Manual to AI Process Proposal.

Generate process proposal

Write the process title in active voice and enter all known information into the Brief process description field. Tips for writing effective prompts can be found in the guide Writing good prompts for AI process descriptions.
Click Create page. Generating the process proposal takes 1–2 minutes. Do not close the progress window and create only one process proposal per user at a time.

Review and accept proposal

Q.wiki displays a draft preview. If it doesn't meet your expectations, click Adjust to modify the AI prompt. If the proposal meets your needs, click Accept proposal and create page.
The result is displayed directly in edit mode. You can now adjust it as needed. Important: Enter the responsible and contributing roles for all process steps.

Result

After completing these steps, you have a new Q.wiki page with an auto-generated process description that you can adjust as needed.
