Task management allows you to define context-specific task types beyond the section name and description available for all content blocks. While the protocol application differentiates between tasks, information and resolutions by default, it can make sense in the context of the application to be created to define completely different types with the input field. The first type is the preselection for new tasks and cannot be removed. However, the order of the types can be changed via drag&drop and the default setting in the workflow generator can thus be removed.
Several task blocks can be added to an application for a thematic or chronological grouping of tasks, for example for processing an error according to the 8D error log logic.
No content can be predefined for a task block in the configuration. The template function is used for this purpose, see Working with templates.
