Overview

New pages are always created in the status "Draft". Creating new pages is described in the guide Create a new sub-page.

  • The status Published is only reached once the approval workflow has been completed for the first time.
  • The steps for editing and publishing a draft are the same as for making changes (see the following steps).
Good to know: In the Published status, pages can be read but not edited. To make changes, click the Propose change button to create a new page based on the published version.

Rules for change proposals

  • If a change proposal already exists, the button is labeled View change proposal.
  • A change proposal can only be edited if approval has not yet been requested.
  • Creating a second change proposal is not possible.
  • A new change proposal can be created once the current one has been published or discarded.

Click Edit in the header.
