Q.wiki has a function for checking the up-to-dateness of wiki pages. This feature is enabled by default for all process webs and prompts page owners to check in configurable intervals.
The intervals can be set up per web or be disabled altogether. The configuration is located in the Tools menu > Resubmission.
Module-specific tools in Q.wiki 6.8
Introduced with the new left menu bar, the tools for the desired module can be found in the context menu:
Here, responsible persons find an overview of the pages to be checked per area. Key-Users and members of the new ResubmissionGroup have the additional option of disabling or changing the interval per web:
The following intervals are set by default:
Drafts: 1 month
Proposed changes: 1 month
Released statuses: 1 year
Caution: Any configuration prior to the new release of resubmission will be discarded. Please visit the new dashboard and set up the intervals according to your organizations requirements.
If a wiki page remains in this status for longer than the interval allows, a notification will be sent to the responsible. For approved wiki pages, the person responsible has the option of confirm directly on the page:
The confirmation changes the release date of the page to the current date and creates a new revision in the approved state.
