User profiles (from Q.wiki 6.3)

With Q.wiki version 6.3 we have added the new app "User profiles" for all customers. 

You can find first information about this in our release notes. 

The information for the user profiles is maintained centrally with the data from your AD, and currently cannot be edited manually. 

Possible information are currently the name, the department, the email address and the phone number, which are automatically displayed if they are maintained in your AD (ldap or Azure). More information regarding the synchronization, you can find here:

Synchronize additional attributes for profiles

You will find the following applications under the "My profile" button: 

1. personal information: Here you can enter and change personal data by clicking on the pencil. 

2. roles: here you can view all your roles in which you are the owner or deputy. 

3. via the button "To user profile overview" you will find all information about your colleagues, in particular e-mail address, telephone number and the associated roles of your colleagues.
