This article explains how to restore archived pages and change proposals.
Restore an archived page
Find the page in the archive
- Go to Tools > Archive.

Search through all page titles in the archived content to find the page you want to restore and open it.

Restore the page
- Select the three-dot menu in the open page.
- Choose Restore page.

- In the dialog under New Process Module, select the module where you want to restore the page and confirm your selection.

Tip: Change proposals (pages that end with TALK in their technical name) cannot be restored this way. See the next section for details.
Restore an archived change proposal
Change proposals require manual steps because they cannot be restored directly:
- Find the affected page in the archive.
- Select and copy the entire content of the page.
- Open the released version of the rejected change proposal.
- Create a new change proposal if needed.
- Paste the copied content in edit mode.
