Q.wiki has two categories of history functions: content history and event history. Both show you how your page has changed over time.
Content History
Content history shows all changes made to a page's content. You can compare revisions and restore earlier content.
Content history offers you the following features:
- Compare revisions: You can compare changes to the content with each other.
- Restore earlier content: You can restore a previous version of the page.
There are two types of history entries:
- Published version: Shows all published versions of the page, with the option to compare and restore older versions.
- All versions: Shows all revisions made since the page was created.
For detailed instructions on how to restore a page, see the article Restore archived pages.
Event History
Event history gives you an overview of important events that have occurred on a page:
- Release of a new version
- Changes to the parent page
- Confirmation of currency
- Activation or deactivation of the approval workflow
- Page creation
