Change responsibility

To change the responsibility of a module or page, first select the desired module or page.

In the approval workflow, which can be found below, there is the option to select the person responsible.

If the responsibility is to be transferred to another user, this user is entered in the change proposal of the page and takes over the responsibility when the page is released.

It is not possible to exchange the person responsible for a page on several pages without going through the approval process.

If the current person responsible for a page has left the company while the page is waiting for content approval, approval can be given by a key user.
