Responsibility for a page is defined in the page's meta data.
If the responsibility is to be transferred to another user, this user is entered in the change proposal for the page and takes over the responsibility when the page is released.
It is not possible to exchange the person responsible for a page on several pages without going through the approval process.
If the current person responsible for a page has left the company while the page is waiting for content approval, approval can be given by a key user.
