Q.wiki includes a review reminder function that automatically displays pages that are due for review. You can find this function under Tools > Review Schedule.
Overview
The review reminder function shows you all pages whose status has not changed over a defined period. You can also send automatic reminder emails – either to Key Users to support page owners, or directly to page owners to request updates.
Review Interval
The review interval defines the threshold for three page statuses. When this threshold is exceeded, pages appear in Review Schedule and reminder emails are sent.
Default Configuration
- 365 days – Published pages
- 180 days – Change proposals and their review steps
- 180 days – Drafts and their review steps
Reminder Email for Key Users or Other Groups
The reminder email lists all pages that exceeded the review interval within the past 24 hours. It is sent to members of one or more defined groups to support page owners in keeping pages up to date.

Reminder Email for Page Owners
The reminder email for page owners contains a list of pages for which they are responsible and that exceeded the review interval within the past 24 hours.
