Q.wiki is preconfigured so you can use the system without any additional configuration. You only need to add users to the KeyUserGroup and QMGroup groups for the system to work from the start. Below you'll find a detailed overview of the preconfigured permissions concept.

Adjusting permissions configuration

If you want to adjust the existing permissions configuration, you can do so at one of four different levels.

1. Level: Tenant

Only registered users have access to the tenant. The server is located in Germany and is subject to European data protection regulations.

2. Level: Modules

All modules exist as individual modules within the tenant and can have their own access permissions. You can manage access permissions per module from the tool menu.
