The Q.wiki is pre-configured in such a way that the system can be used without any further configuration. You only need to add users to the KeyUserGroup and the QMGroup to make the system work from the beginning. Below you will find a detailed overview of the pre-configured rights concept.
If the existing rights configuration is to be adapted, this can be done on one of four possible levels.
Level 1: Client
Only registered users have access to the client. The server is located in Germany and is subject to European data protection laws.
2nd level: Webs
All applications are located as individual webs in the client and can have their own access rights. The access rights per area can be managed in the tools menu.
3rd level: Approval workflow
