Copy a page
You can copy pages in Q.wiki. The function is available in all statuses (Draft, Change proposal, and Approved version) and can also copy directly into other process modules. All page contents are copied – including flowcharts, images, and attachments.
Prerequisites
- You need at least read access to the page you want to copy
- To copy into other modules, you need write permissions in the target modules
Step-by-step
- Open the page you want to copy

Result
The page is created as a draft in the target module. You can edit it there and publish it later.
---Move a page
You can move pages between process modules. Pages can only be moved between different modules. To reorder a page within the same module, use the Parent page function instead.
Prerequisites
- You must be a Key User
- You need write permissions in both the source and target module
- The page must be in approved status
Step-by-step
- Open the approved version of the page you want to move
- Click the three-dot menu (⋯) and select Manage page

- Select the target module and confirm

Result
The page is moved to the new module. All contents and the status remain unchanged.
