Important: Key-user rights are required to perform the following steps.
The Group management in the tool menu opens the Group management page. The presented table provides the overview of the groups, the number of users and integrated groups and the possible actions that can be performed for each group:
- Create groups (1)
- Rename existing group (2)
- Add and remove group members(3)
- To add members to a group, click on the number of users shown and enter the name of the new user. Filtering is performed according to each letter entered.
- To remove members of a group, the table entry is expanded and the name of the user is typed in the top line. Filtering is performed according to each letter entered.
- Add and remove groups to/from a group (4)
- This is done in the same way as for group members.
Note: If users or a group are added to a group with extended rights, these changes will take effect with a time delay.
