Change a modules name

Important: You need Key User permissions to perform the following steps.

Key Users can change module names directly in the module settings. You can access the module settings via the gear icon next to the respective module in the navigation bar.

Effects of Renaming

The new module name will be displayed system-wide to all users.
Module names are not automatically translated – they behave the same as custom module names.
The module URL remains unchanged when you rename it, as it will now be based on IDs in the future, like pages.

Limitation

User Profiles and Roles cannot currently be renamed. These areas are not yet technically modules and must be converted first before renaming is possible.
