The following functions can be activated in the other settings:
- Enable overview of all tasks: In this case, the All tasks button is displayed on the overview page. The overview behind it shows the tasks from all module elements with any status for which the current user has the necessary viewing rights. This option only makes sense if a block of the type Task Management has been configured under Data and Views. Regardless of this or the following setting, the created tasks will be displayed on the user's personal page according to the known logic.
- Integrate in personal page: When activated, a separate block is created for this module on the personal page. In this block, the configured tabs are displayed with the corresponding content. The special feature is that only tabs are displayed that allow a personal assignment to the current user. These are all tabs for which the field Restrict content to user assignment has been configured.
- Note: If no corresponding tabs have been maintained, this function should be deactivated. For more information on the maintenance of tabs, see the article Maintenance of tabs. Assignment via groups is not possible.
- Activate Excel export: This allows the displayed elements of the home page to be exported to Excel according to the filters set.
- Use templates: When activated, a title can be defined for the corresponding tab on the overview page. With activation, the functions described in Use templates are available.
