Available Module Metrics

Modules created with the Module Generator have three metrics that become visible once activated:

Number of Open Module Elements

The absolute number of open module elements per week. A module element is considered open if it is not in the defined end status or in the Deleted status. You can define the end status in the configuration under the Workflow tab.

Number of Transitions

The absolute number of transitions per month.

Average Processing Time

The average duration between the first and last transition of a module element per month. Only module elements in the defined end status are included in the calculation. Process instances are assigned to the month of their last transition. You can define the end status in the configuration under the Workflow tab.

Enable and Disable Module Metrics

In a module's configuration, you activate the option to capture module metrics under Overview > Base.

Important: Data collection for display purposes begins from the moment you activate metrics. Historical metric analysis is not possible.

Define End Status

For the Average Processing Time module metrics, you must define one or more end statuses in the Workflow tab.
