Customize site header

Modified on Thu, 2 Apr at 4:30 PM

The page header is automatically populated with metadata such as version number, approval date, and approvers. You can customise these fields for each module by adding an additional metadata field.

Understanding metadata

The page header automatically displays information about the current status of a page. Which data is shown depends on your module settings. For detailed information about metadata and what each field means, see Metadata in Q.wiki.

Customise the page header for a module

Currently, only the Service team can customise the page header. Get in touch with us and let us know which module and which metadata field you would like to add.

Notes

Important: The list of approvers is only displayed in the page header after a page has been approved again. Historical approved versions are not retroactively updated with approver information – this is compliant with standards.
Tip: If the list of approvers is not displayed correctly, this may be caused by custom system configuration
